Private Dinner Party, Mark and Cindy, Halloween Night!





I have cooked for Mark and Cindy on many occasions going back from when I very first started catering Private Dinner Parties a few years ago. This time around I had the pleasure to cook 3 fabulous courses for Cindy's Birthday on the evening of Halloween!! Mark and Cindy experienced one of my very first Dinner Parties  at Jules' and Sue's who are mutual friends of ours and the best Wedding photographers we know! They have been fans of my food since and so it was great to catch up with a beer prior to the other guests arrival where I got to meet their gorgeous new Puppy before cooking got underway. A brilliant night to add to a great week, I served up one of Mark's favourites, Beef Fillet Wellington. ;)









Menu


Canapes:

Onion and Carrot Bhaji, Chilli and Cinnamon Ketchup,

Crispy pulled Pork and Chorizo,
 x x x
Sweet Chilli chicken Kiev,


To Begin:

Saute King Prawn, Chilli and Garlic and Crisp Tempura King Prawn
Mango Slices, Pickled Mango, Lime and Chilli, Mango Puree,


Main-Course:

Beef Fillet Wellington, Wild Mushoom Pate, Parma Ham, Crisp Pastry, Red Wine Gravy,
Dauphinoise Potatoes, Caramelizeed Carrot Puree, Glazed Carrots, Green Beans, slow roasted Cherry Tomatoes,


To Finish:

Halloween "Mess"
Whipped Vanilla Cream, crushed Meringue, Fresh Raspberries, Strawberries, White Chocolate, Honeycomb.
