This year has been really popular for my BBQ menus and my latest couldn't have been written any better, having the perfect setting, a beautiful sunny afternoon and most importantly, great company to enjoy some super tasty and exquisite cuisine. Catering for a mix of adults and children, I prepared a delicious menu to suit everyone and we finished off with one of my favourite Desserts, Sticky Toffee Pudding!!
