A few years ago I catered a fabulous wedding at North Brook Park for some very good friends and as a Wedding Anniversary gift to follow, I served up a delicious three course Dinner Party this weekend. It was a fantastic Menu, with delicious food enjoyed with great company:) It was especially rewarding as I sat down and ate with everybody, which made the evening really enjoyable, and I, of course got to enjoy my own food. :) And the whole menu was Nut and Dairy free to cater for a food allergy but being an extra pleasure to be provided with the challenge, even the desserts :)
