BBQ Party, Fareham, Howard Piper,




This weekend, I catered a delicious BBQ menu near Fareham, Hampshire, providing something a little different with some amazing seafood, fish and vegetarian dishes. I prepared a delightful array of salads and marinated all the main course ingredients prior to arrival and arrived in good stead on a sunny afternoon, ready to serve 30 people. It is often joked that the weather will turn when planning a BBQ and it must have been jinxed on this occasion as from lighting the BBQ onwards, the heavens opened and it continued to pour down whilst the sky turned gray. However, I certainly wasn't going to let a little rain get in the way of serving up some delectable BBQ Cuisine and the guests were definitely not going to let a little water spoil a brilliant party. Everything continued amazingly and it was one of my favourite BBQ's to date, offering a little challenge, excitement and resoluteness in providing a top class BBQ Buffet.
