Private Dinner Party, Anna and Carlos




This week has been very busy and exciting with four Dinner Parties, the first being for a Special Birthday Celebration for two wonderful guests. I have cooked for Anna and Carlos before at a special Ruby Wedding Anniversary Dinner in July 2012 and also at Rachel's Wedding in April of last year at Cam's Hall so it was really great to be invited into their home to cook an intimate Dinner for them both. Wonderful to catch up and meet their gorgeous Daughter, Amelie, who is a little younger than our Robin, it was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We chose a fantastic 7 course Gourmet menu, starting with some exquisite little canapes which were enjoyed in the kitchen area before Anna and Carlos sat in the dining room to indulge in a delicious array of culinary delights. And for a fantastic finish to the evening, it was a pleasure to do a little demonstration of carving an Apple Swan at the table which I really enjoyed doing. :)
