Private Dinner Party, Marie Howells, Hedge End






This weekend was a really busy one with three Birthday Celebrations!! The first, catered for in Hedge end started off perfectly for a large party of twelve, and having canapes and 7 courses it was always going to be a great evening! Marie was the perfect host and it was a huge pleasure to finally  get cooking in her lovely kitchen as I had visited previously to discuss menus etc a few months before. It was a complete surprise for Marie's husband as it was kept a secret right up until the evening which made it all the more fun. Everyone enjoyed some of  delicious canapes in the large kitchen area before sitting down to dine on a fantastic array of dishes that suited the celebratory occasion perfectly. The food was served over about three hours as we had a lot of dishes to get through and after each I received great compliments which made the evening s really rewarding experience.
