Private Dinner Party, Fiona's Three Course Birthday Lunch

I've Known Fiona for a good while as both business contacts and friends and so it was marvellous to be cooking for Fiona, her husband and parents as part of her Special Birthday Celebration at their home near Romsey. We decided on a three course lunch which was served after Bubbles and Canapes, going down really well with all everyone. I really love cooking anything and everything but especially enjoyed creating the main-course of Pork which showed off how to utilise the different cuts really well. Our good friend Jan also provided a beautiful centre piece of some seasonal flowers which was really lovely.

Pan roasted Tenderloin, wrapped in Serrano Ham, Smoked Confit of Crispy Belly, Back Pudding, Pulled Pork Cromesquis, Apricot Sausage meat Stuffing, Sea salt Crackling, 
Bubble and Squeal Cake, Glazed Carrots, Buttered Asparagus, 

To Finish:

Strawberry and Almond Crumble, 
"Lemon meringue Pie" Ice-Cream, Vanilla Custard.
