Private Dinner Party, Three courses for Trevor and Michelle, Nr Petersfield





This weekend finished off superbly, cooking for Trevor and Michelle in their fantastic and grandiose home near Petersfield. A large table of twelve to feed with canapes and a further three courses was a huge pleasure, with all guests making me feel so welcome as always. Canapes were enjoyed outside with a few glasses of bubbles before seating back in the dining room to enjoy the rest of my menu :)

Pave of Beef Fillet, Pulled Brisket and Red wine Pie,
Dauphinoise Potatoes, Wild Mushrooms, 
Glazed Carrots, Asparagus Spears, Red Wine Gravy,


To Finish:

Trio of Desserts:
Sticky Toffee Pudding, Peanut Butter Ice-Cream,

Vanilla and Honeycomb Creme Brulee,

Peach Tarte Tatin, Vanilla Ice-Cream.
