Private Dinner Party,One Super Chef, Four Great Guests, Ten Gourmet Courses, Southampton, Hampshire




I catered near Hedge-end for a superb surprise tasting menu this weekend, producing some fabulous dishes that tantalised the taste buds, setting for a fantastic evening of tasteful and flavoursome food. All enjoyed of course with good wine and great company :) I have cooked for Wayne and Michelle on many occasions but this was the first time in their new home. Having been espeially asked to cook my Beef Fillet dish with my utmost delicious individual Pulled Brisket and Red Wine Pie for the main-course, I came up with the rest of the menu as surprise which went down really well :) It was a very special and huge pleasure to have the young girls around to enjoy some of the canapes before the adults sat down for the remainder of the menu whilst I served over about 3 hours :)
