Private Christmas Party, Tracy and Marie, Hedge-End, Hampshre

This month has been super busy, so it was fab to be cooking for a fantastic group of friends that I have catered for many times before. Celebrating Christmas with some delicious "ChefGary" food in early December in their own home was the perfect way to get together and rejoice the festive season :) I served some decadent canapes before  a further four courses which were enjoyed by all, especially my main-course which was one of my favourite dishes, show casing different cuts and cooking styles of British Beef.

Vanilla and Honeycomb Creme Brulee,
