Private Dinner Party,Curry themed Gourmet Menu, Katherine and Tony, Yateley





I cooked for Katherine and Tony and Friends quite recently, providing a delicious tasting menu with no less than eight decadent courses. It was a superb Dinner Party and I got to catch up with their two children whom I used to cook for at Yateley Manor Prep School a few years ago :) Being asked to come back again so soon was really exciting as I came up with a bespoke Gourmet Menu, theming all the dishes with spice which is something I am really passionate about. From the Masala spiced Pork Belly, Coconut King Prawns, through to the Curried Lamb with Chilli and Tamarind, every dish was full of flavour and really enticing. Made to feel really welcome again, it was a fabulous evening, enjoying being persona chef to a lovely family. :)

Chilli, Tomato, Tamarind and Coconut Sauce.
