Private BBQ Dinner Party tasting menu, Nicky and Nathan Marston, Near Romsey,





Towards the end of this amazing Summer season, I created and cooked a fabulous tasting menu for a group of benevolent friends who were dining Al Fresco in their wonderful garden. It was a fantastically unique experience as it combined my fine dining menus alongside BBQ style cooking, utilising hot coals and a wood burning fire. I served up some tasty canapes and a further 7 delicious plated courses, working with a wonderful array of exquisite ingredients. All courses were enjoyed and comments were well received as I was cooking "on display" in front of all the guests. I really loved the whole event, being made to feel so welcome, also enjoying a superb glass of a most decadent French red along the way :)
