Private Dinner Party, Wedding Anniversary with Adam and Vicki,

This weekend, I cooked a fabulous dinner for Adam and Vicki, providing some delicious canapes and a further four fantastic courses. Serving up an array of superb ingredients, it was a pleasure to be part of a special celebration at their home. Meeting little Leo was also a lovable experience, though he wasn't quite old enough to be sampling any solid food as yet :)

Tandoori spiced Cutlet, Pulled curried Shoulder, 
Basmati Rice, Spiced Lentils, 
Saffron Potatoes,
Cauliflower Pakora and Bhaji,
Tomato, Tamarind, Coconut and Chilli Sauce,

To Finish:

Marmalade and Whiskey Cheesecake,
