Birthday Celebartion Private Dinner Party for Charlotte&Family, Hampshire,



Just had the most Fabulous weekend cooking in Winchester for a Superb Birthday Celebration!! Having first catered for Charlotte and Family back in 2012, with many return visits since, it was a huge pleasure to do so again, this time around bringing my new business partner Mike with me. We had a large number of guests to cook for, including the four "not so little anymore" Smailes who all ate the same menu as the adults. It was a great evening dining Al Fresco, so walking through the allotment space where some amazing fresh vegetables are grown all year round created a perfect walkway. We even cooked some of the fresh carrots and Kale to go on the table with dinner. :)










Menu



Canapes:

To Begin:

Gin Cured Salmon, Salmon and Horseradish Cromesquis,
Saffron Pickled Fennel, Avocado and Cucmber Ribbons,


Main-Course:

BBQ Pork
Smoked Pork Tenderloin, wrapped in Black Forest Ham,
Sticky Tamarind and BBQ Glazed Belly,
Hand Cut Chips, Baby Corn, Asparagus, 'Slaw,
BBQ and Apple Sauces.


To Finish:

Vanilla and Honeycomb Creme Brulee
