Private Dinner Party, Tasting menu with Jackie Douglass and Friends, South Sea,






I was Private Chef to a Fabulous Dinner Party for Jackie this weekend to help celebrate a surprise Birthday Celebration at home, providing an utmost delicious tasting menu. It was a great evening from start to finish, rounding off a superb journey from when Jackie first made contact to enquire about catering for her husband's birthday. All the dishes had been chosen from previous menus on my website months before and so finally getting to cater was fantastically rewarding :) Made to feel very welcome on arrival and also being spoilt to a beautiful kitchen to work in, I was all set for a great Dinner Party. I also had the huge pleasure of being introduced to an enticing Malbec from Chilli which was absolutley excuisite :)
