Private Dinner Party, Tim and Lucy, Hampshire

I catered a surprise birthday party in Hampshire, being private chef to a table of fantastic guests celebrating with some delicious "ChefGary" food. Arriving two hours prior to serving some delightful canapes, I had plenty of time to set up and get ready to present four more enticing and delicious courses. All went down fabulously and I enjoyed another fabulous dinner party.

To Begin:

Slow Braised Brisket and Ox Cheek stuffed Tortellini,
Piquant Tomato and Basil Sauce, Pecorino Cheese, 


BBQ Smoked Pork Tenderloin, wrapped in Pancetta,
BBQ and Tamarind glazed Pork Belly,
Hand cut Chips, Baby Corn, Apsaragus Spears,
Sea Salt Crackling, Apple Sauce,

To Finish:

Salted Caramel and Walnut Chocoloate Brownie, 
Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Key Lime Pie, Fresh Raspberries,

Cheese Plate:

Bread, Grapes, Figs, Chutney.
