Private Dinner Party, Hannah and Chris, Bournemouth,



I've loved Bournemouth town since a very young age, having many fond memories of travelling by train as young boy with my Mum and two Brothers to spend the day on the Bournemouth Beach, so it was with great delight that I travelled down to Dorset this weekend to serve up an 8 course gourmet menu to a fantastic group of friends. Booked through a previous Dinner Party, it was made even extra special as the reward is greater so when my Dinner parties are spread through word of mouth. Anyway, it was fabulous to finally meet Hannah and Chris for their Tenth Wedding Anniversary Celebraton as I had been booked in a few months before and the anticipation of a delicious menu had been coming for a while. I served up a decadent feast of some outstanding ingredients, producing a superb Pescetarian feast for four.
