Private Dinner Party Chef Cooking for nine near Romsey






This week continued to be fabulously busy with back to back dinner parties at the beginning of the week on Monday and Tuesday, both having some amazing dishes of fabulous food. On Tuesday I had a family get together, serving canapes and five courses for nine wonderful guests. It is always a brilliant and rewarding experience cooking in people's own homes and Tuesday was especially so, being made to feel most welcome as always. :)











Menu



Canapes:

Thai Spiced Fish Cakes, Sesame Seeds, Sweet Chilli,

Pre-Starter:

Roasted Red Pepper, Chilli and Tomato Soup,


To Begin:

Saute King Prawn, Paprika, Garlic, Lemon, Roasted Red Peppers, Rocket leaves, 


Sorbet:

Mango and Lime,


Main-Course:

Trio of Pan-Asian Chicken,
Turmeric and Chilli marinated Breast, Soy and Honey glazed Drumstick, Fennel and Sesame Seed Kiev, Green Curry and Peanut Sauce,
Wild Mushroom Fried Rice, Puy Lentils, Baby Corn, Tender Stem Broccoli,
